The project involved gaining planning permission for the Government of Turkey to allow them to set up their consulate in Central Manchester. We successfully gained planning approval for the change of use and advertisement content to install the necessary signage and flag for the consulate.

Designed with sustainability in mind, Will's Woodland features a timber-framed structure made from locally sourced materials. The green roof not only adds an aesthetic touch but also supports local biodiversity and enhances insulation. The circular design maximizes solar gains, while the elevated structure minimizes the use of concrete and steel, ensuring a low embedded energy construction.
Dogs4Rescue

Dogs 4 Rescue, a pioneering kennel-free canine rescue organisation in the UK. A 41-acre sanctuary, provides a haven for those dogs most in need. The Phase 1 development features a communal dog log cabin, staff accommodations, and a two-acre adventure playground filled with exciting enrichment zones.

The Homeless Hub is a new homeless person shelter in Ardwick, Manchester and provides sleeping, washing, dining and social spaces for up to 20 guests to help tackle the ever-growing challenges of homelessness in manchester.
Khizra Mosque

The new proposed extension of the Khirza Mosque is located on Cheetham Hill Road, Manchester. The extension will provide extra space for multi-functional activities throughout the year for children and the local community. We helped secure the planning permission for the extension.
Huxley St Mosque

This project involves the conversion of an existing mill building into a religious centre for learning and prayer for the local Muslim community. The centre will provide learning facilities for men, women and children while providing extra curriculum activities for children. The refurbishment works include a full remodelling of the existing mill on all 3-floors and is due to be completed in 2022.
Milkstone Rd Mosque

This project involves the conversion of an existing Zion Baptist Church into a religious centre for learning and prayer for the local Muslim community in Rochdale. External works are limited due to the historical significance of the building with only a small extension and insertions of roof lights. Internally, the building will be fully refurbished.
75 New North Rd Mosque

75 New North Road is a Grade II Listed Building located on a key city route in Huddersfield. Previously a nursery we have gained planning permission for the change of use into a community and religious centre with children evening classes. Extensive historical studies were carried out to meet the requirements of the local conservation team.

The project at Didsbury Mosque involved the design and construction of 3no. external entrance canopies. We gain planning permission and project managed the completion of the works. The canopies are designed to assimilate themselves with the historical building and the roof patterns take inspiration from the building directly.

The Manley Park Community Centre is a community-focused sports hall at Manley Park in Manchester. It is a charity-operated centre run by Community on Solid Ground (COSG) is an active and effective charity that uses sports, education, training, social activities, and mentoring to empower young people. The centre will provide much-needed sports facilities for the local community.
