Kings Rd Dental Centre

This project involves renovating an existing building to create a modern dental surgery. Currently in the planning stage, we have been given the responsibility of designing and preparing the planning application for an exciting dental project in Leeds. The goal is to convert the space into an appealing and practical dental practice, which will feature four new surgeries and a beautiful reception area.
Kershaw St Dental Surgery
Glossop

The Kershaw St Dental Surgery in Glossop was previously a vacant nursery consisting of a double-storey stone building and a rear play area. We have successfully converted this building into a modern dentist surgery that provides dental care to the local community.
We helped gain planning approval for the change of use and later for an extension to the rear. Provisions include 6no. surgeries, a large reception waiting area, staff area and other ancillary spaces such as dirty and clean rooms.
Glodwick Dental Centre
Oldham

Glodwick dental centre was developed from a full refurbishment of an existing vacant building in Oldham. Facilities include 5 new dental surgeries, a reception area allowing for 20 patients, an office, a conference room and a staff area with rear parking.
We helped the dentist practice gain planning permission for the change of use, external changes, internal planning and detail design.

The aim is to transform the space into a attractive and functional dental practice including eight brand new surgeries and a stunning reception area.

The dental surgery on Palatine Road, Manchester was previously an old corner office building that had not been updated for many years. This site was quite challenging due to the restricted footprint of the site. We managed to achieve 2no. large surgeries along with a reception waiting area for the client. We assisted with gaining planning permission for the change of use and external changes as well as preparing all the detailed designs for building regulations.
