FLOOR LAYOUT

We are proud to showcase our latest endeavour – the design and development of a significant industrial building at 85 Broughton Lane in Salford. We are currently at the planning stage, having collaborated extensively with Mialex Planning Consultants to present a well-considered and ambitious project proposal.

Project Description

The proposed structure is a large, two-tiered industrial building designed to accommodate 12 units on the ground floor, each measuring 110 square metres. The first floor is dedicated to storage, capitalizing on vertical space to provide functional and efficient storage solutions for future occupants.

Our design encapsulates an L-shaped formation, a strategic move aimed at maximising the site's potential. This configuration enables us to make the most of the available space, adhering to the local authority's requirements for parking and servicing areas.

Design Philosophy

In this project, the architectural layout takes into consideration the future occupants' operational needs, ensuring ease of access, ample parking and a logical, functional flow within the building.

We believe in a collaborative approach and have worked closely with Mialex Planning Consultants to align our architectural vision with the planning regulations and requirements of Salford's local authority. The result is a well-planned and efficient structure that meets the needs of its future occupants while integrating seamlessly into its surroundings.

Next Steps

We're excited about the potential of this project, and while it's still in the planning stage, we look forward to progressing through to the build stage. Our team will continue working diligently to ensure the project aligns with our commitment to creating sustainable, efficient, and purpose-built architectural designs.
