Anti-Spam Policy

Last updated: August 25, 2025

This policy explains our commitment to keeping communications free from spam. We only send messages to users who have opted in and provide options to unsubscribe at any time.

This Anti-Spam Policy establishes the rules and guidelines for sending all commercial electronic messages on behalf of Create It Studio Architects. Our commitment is to send only welcome, relevant, and compliant communications that respect user privacy and adhere to the highest international standards.

1. Definitions

  • Commercial Electronic Message (CEM): Any electronic message sent to an electronic address (e.g., email, SMS, instant message) that has as its purpose, or one of its purposes, to encourage participation in a commercial activity. This includes promotional offers, advertisements, announcements, and newsletters.
  • Consent: Your express permission to receive CEMs from us.
  • Express Opt-in Consent: This is required before any CEM is sent. Express consent is a clear, affirmative action by which you agree to receive communications. This cannot be inferred from a pre-checked box, inaction, or from an existing business relationship alone.
  • Implied Consent: May be inferred in certain limited circumstances (e.g., if you have an existing business relationship with us or have conspicuously published your email address). However, Create It Studio Architects will default to requiring express opt-in consent for all CEMs to ensure compliance with the strictest global regulations.
  • Unsubscribe Request: A request from a recipient to cease receiving CEMs. This request can be made through a clearly marked unsubscribe link in a message or through a direct response.

2. Policy Requirements & Prohibited Conduct

  • Express Opt-in: We will only send CEMs to individuals who have provided explicit, verifiable, and documented consent to receive such messages from Create It Studio Architects. This consent will be obtained via an "opt-in" mechanism, such as a checkbox on a web form or a double opt-in confirmation email.
  • Unsubscribe Mechanism: Every CEM we send must contain a clearly visible and easy-to-use unsubscribe mechanism. This link or instruction must be functional and immediately recognizable.
  • Honoring Opt-Outs: We will process and action all Unsubscribe Requests within five (5) business days of receipt. Once an individual has unsubscribed, their email address will be added to a suppression list to ensure they are never contacted with CEMs again, even if they later provide a different form of consent. This suppression is permanent.
  • Clear & Accurate Message Headers: All CEMs must have a clear header, and the "From" and "Subject" lines must accurately reflect the content of the message and not be misleading or deceptive. The routing information and originating domain name must also be accurate and not falsified.
  • Prohibited Content & Misleading Practices: We strictly prohibit the sending of CEMs that contain false or misleading information, use deceptive routing, or hide the sender's identity.

3. Record-Keeping & Audit Trails

Create It Studio Architects will maintain comprehensive records of all consent obtained for CEMs. This includes:

  • The method of consent (e.g., website form, verbal confirmation).
  • The date and time consent was given.
  • The specific purpose for which consent was given.
  • The IP address associated with the consent.
  • All unsubscribe requests and the date they were actioned.

These records will be retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the last CEM sent to the individual, or for as long as required by applicable law, whichever is longer. These records are subject to internal audit to ensure full compliance.

4. Third-Party Mailings

Create It Studio Architects will not knowingly send CEMs on behalf of any third party. We do not sell, rent, or lease our mailing lists. We explicitly disclaim any liability for any CEMs sent to our contacts by third parties, even if such CEMs claim a relationship with us. All third-party marketing must be based on consent obtained independently by that third party.

5. Severability

If any provision of this disclaimer is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of the policy will remain in full force and effect.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Anti-Spam Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this policy.
