The development in Rusholme, Manchester comprises 7 affordable housing units. These units are made up of 3 pairs of semi-detached properties and 1 detached dwelling. The project had faced a setback, as it was stopped and an enforcement notice was issued. However, with our assistance, we were able to successfully intervene and facilitate the continuation of the construction until completion. Our involvement helped to resolve the issues that had halted the project, ensuring that the affordable housing units could be finalised and made available to the community.
