The building, characterised by its Neo-Baroque style, features intricate ornamental detailing, including sculpted reliefs and decorative flourishes. It is constructed using high-quality materials such as Portland stone for its durability, polished granite for a luxurious finish, and a slate roof for its classic appearance. Our proposal aims to transform the ground floor into an inviting Greek café, where the historical charm of the building will be preserved while seamlessly incorporating contemporary design elements. The interior design will be thoughtfully curated to reflect Greek aesthetics, with an emphasis on optimising the space for functionality and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. This will be achieved through the strategic use of natural light and the integration of greenery, which will contribute to a sense of tranquility and connection to nature within the café.
