The dental surgery on Palatine Road, Manchester was previously an old corner office building that had not been updated for many years. This site was quite challenging due to the restricted footprint of the site. We managed to achieve 2no. large surgeries along with a reception waiting area for the client.

We assisted with gaining planning permission for the change of use and external changes as well as preparing all the detailed designs for building regulations.
