This project proposes the development of a new apartment building comprising 13 self-contained units, dedicated parking facilities, and ancillary spaces. The building is planned to be situated on a revitalised brownfield site located at the intersection of Queens Road and Appleford Drive in Cheetham Hill. The design of the building is carefully considered to address various site-specific challenges, such as environmental considerations and urban planning regulations. Additionally, the project aims to contribute to the enhancement of the streetscape in the area, integrating seamlessly with the existing urban fabric. Furthermore, the design takes into account the historical significance of the nearby Grade II Listed Bus Depot and Transport Museum, ensuring that the new development respects and complements the heritage of these iconic landmarks.
