Located on Sherborne Street in Manchester, this project involves the design of a new two-storey commercial retail building. The proposal features a modern yet timeless aesthetic, combining red facing brickwork with expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing. This design choice not only enhances the building’s street presence but also maximises natural daylight inside, creating an inviting and visually open retail environment.

Our involvement was focused on the planning stage, where we contributed to shaping the proposal to meet regulatory requirements and align with the client’s vision for a functional and attractive commercial space.
