Grant of Limited License
Create It Studio Architects ("The Firm") hereby grants to you, the user, a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-commercial license to access and use the content displayed on the www.createitstudios.co.uk website (the "Content").
This license is strictly confined to enabling you to view the Content solely for the purpose of informing yourself about the Firm’s services and for your own private, internal use. This licence is contingent upon your full compliance with these terms and our overarching Content Ownership Statement.

No Transfer of Intellectual Property

Revocation and Termination
The Firm reserves the absolute right to revoke, suspend, or terminate this limited license immediately, at any time, and without prior notice, if:
- You breach any provision of these terms.
- The Firm, in its sole discretion, determines that the continuation of this license is not in the best interest of The Firm.
Upon revocation, you must immediately cease all use of the Content and destroy any copies of the Content you may have made.
Severability
If any provision of this license is deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable by a competent court, then that provision shall be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
