York Street Mill, near Bury city center, is a commercial building from around 1891 that reflects Bury's industrial history. We plan to convert this unused space into a modern apartment complex. We plan to turn the building into 24 modern residential apartments that combine historic charm with modern comfort. The site is well-connected yet offers a quiet environment away from city noise and congestion.
